The School does not provide any accommodation arrangement for the international students. Nevertheless, our course consultants will be able to provide advice on accommodation procedures and handing tips about renting to the students. If required, ICRI will be glad to assist the student to source for an appropriate accommodation.

Student may refer to Singapore Tourism Board (STB) for accommodations information if necessary at www.stb.gov.sg

There are many different variety of accommodation in Singapore that caters to the students with different budgets and needs.

The various types of accommodation available are:

Private Hostels

• Run by private agencies
• Single room, twin or more sharing are normally available
• Meals, laundry and other services may be available at additional charges

HDB Flats / Private Apartment/Houses

• Rent directly from the owners of HDB Flats or private condominium, apartment or houses
• Whole unit, single room, twin or more sharing are normally available
• Required to sign a rental contract with the owner or property agent
• Expected to pay at least one month advance rent
• Refer to classified advertisement in the major newspaper or source for a reliable housing agent for the rental
